Disputes

This site is operated by Dr. Ellyn Bader and Dr. Peter Pearson, Ph.D. with offices in the United States. If there is any dispute about or involving the site, by using the site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of California.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Couples Institute, its affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site, including also your use of the site to provide a link to another site or to upload content or other information to the site.

Customer Remedy

Our company's entire liability, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement of our products, at our option.  We limit replacement to sixty days.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Copyrights

This Web site and all training materials are copyrighted. The site may also contain trademarks and other proprietary information.  You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any Proprietary or other Material.

License

All images, text, contents, products and scripts are licensed and never sold, unless otherwise stated.   Reproduction is prohibited except where noted. You may use handout materials with your own clients.
