Katherine Warner is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Menlo Park. She helps couples and individuals discover and express more of who they are. Weaving together mindfulness practices, depth psychology, and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Katherine offers her clients many different perspectives and practical tools. She invites greater awareness to what is happening in the body during conflicts and teaches couples how to soothe their nervous systems so that they can be truly present with themselves and with one another. Her approach is friendly, sincere, personalized, and compassionate.
Before joining The Couples Institute, Katherine worked with couples, teens and families at Fred Finch Youth Center as a therapist and behavioral coach. She currently teaches a teen leadership course and develops social and emotional learning curriculum for high school youth. Combining these skill sets, Katherine also loves to work with couples struggling with parenting issues that impact the relationship.
